We are proud and delighted to announce our Essex and East London pickleball tournament –  The Essex and East London Festive Championship will be taking place on Sunday 28th December 2025 at The Redbridge Sports Centre, Forest Road, Barkingside, Essex IG6 3HD.

The event takes place on an wooden floor. We will be using the Gamma balls.

Categories for this tournament to include:

Men’s Doubles / Women’s Doubles / Mixed Doubles

Age categories; Open and 50+

3 skill levels 3.0 and below, 3.5 and 4.0 and above. Please note we may combine skill levels subject to number of entries and to ensure you have as many matches as possible to compete in.

Round robin matches, followed by knockout for those that qualify and medals – gold, silver and bronze. Guaranteed a minimum of 4 matches, but hopefully more for all depending on the number of entries and how you progress in the event.

All results, were possible will be uploaded on to DUPR.

There is no registration fee for this event. The entry fee per person per event is £25 each. 

You can enter one of both gender and mixed doubles.

Anticipated Schedule for the day, but TBC will be:

• Registration from 10am for men’s and women’s doubles.
• Practice courts available from 10am.
• 11am Men’s and Ladies doubles round robin starts, followed by semi’s and finals.
• Registration from 3pm for mixed doubles.
• Practice courts for Mixed doubles from 3pm.
• 3.30pm Mixed doubles round robin starts followed by semi’s and finals.

Please note the above times are only estimated and are subject to change. Your first match time will be confirmed by email once the draw has taken place.
