By entering the tournament and paying the tournament fee you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • Promise to follow Pickleball England code of conduct and uphold the values of Pickleball England.
  • To follow the rules of the venue, as laid out by the said venue.
  • Entries to the event are on a first come, first served basis. Pickleball UK Tournaments reserve the right to put entries on a reserve list, if the event is over subscribed. We will keep entries informed and up to date on their entry status to the tournament.
  • Deadline for cancellations to the entered event must be made 14 days prior to the start date of the event that you have entered. No refunds will be made after this deadline. If you have entered an event and your partner needs to withdraw, you as the entrant will have the opportunity to replace your partner with in 24 hours, before withdrawing both participants.
  • If you need to withdraw from the event prior to 14 days before the start date of the tournament, Pickleball UK Tournaments will charge an admin fee of £5 per person who withdraws from the tournament. This excludes if you are changing your partner, then no admin fee would apply.
  • If you need to withdraw from the tournament, you must email [email protected] as soon as possible.
  • Pickleball UK’s Tournament Director reserve the right to alter the draw, categories, skill level groupings and age groupings at any time, in the event of either over subscribed or under subscribed entries. The Tournament Directors decision will be final.
  • The submission of the tournament results is at the discretion of Pickleball UK Tournaments.
  • Pickleball UK Tournaments may be taking photos and videos at the event. These images may be used by Pickleball UK Tournaments to share news about the event, and to publicise any future tournaments. Images may be used in press releases, printed publicity and published on our website, Facebook Page, Instagram Page or X site. If you would prefer for you not to be photographed, please speak to the Tournament Director on the day. If you would like to see your images, or would like us to delete them, please email the [email protected] at any time. 
  • No players data will be shared with any third party.
  • Release, Permission And Indemnity Agreement Waiver: “In consideration of being permitted to participate in any tournament and event operated by Pickleball UK Tournaments LTD, I, the participant and player, hereby agree to fully release and indemnify Pickleball UK Tournaments LTD from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from my participation, including those caused by negligence, whether foreseeable or not, and I acknowledge that I am voluntarily assuming all risks associated with the activity, waiving any right to sue Pickleball UK Tournaments LTD for personal injury or property damage sustained during my participation.” These risks may include, but are not limited to – minor injuries, bruises, sprains, eye injuries, dehydration, cramps, bone injuries, joint injuries, muscular injuries, back injuries, collisions, heat strokes, concussions, heat strokes, heart attacks, paralysis, dislocations, fainting strokes and death. Player’s participation is voluntary and it is the responsibility of all players to knowingly assume all such risks and be responsible for their selves. Players must also agree to indemnify and hold Pickleball UK Tournaments UK LTD harmless from all claims, actions, suits, costs, expenses, damages and liabilities, including solicitor’s fees brought as a result of their involvement in any tournament operated by Pickleball UK Tournaments LTD.
  • As tournament organisers we wish to run fun and competitive tournaments for all who attend to enjoy. We expect the game to be played fairly and with in the spirit of the rules of Pickleball. In the event that a participant is deemed not to be playing to the spirit of Pickleball, then the said participant maybe warned on their conduct. Persistent poor conduct may result in the said participant being removed from the tournament.
